To register an Account, you must complete the registration process on the Platform, providing at minimum a valid email address or mobile number, a secure password and any additional information required by the Platform at the time of registration. six6e is required to verify the identity of its users prior to authorizing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances as determined by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period specified by the Platform may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure in accordance with applicable procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. six6e will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. six6e reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Account closure procedures available through support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate, as communicated through the Platform's licensing disclosure section. Where no specific governing law is stated, general principles of commercial law applicable to online service agreements shall apply.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact six6e's support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the dispute through the Platform's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory law. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local courts and legal systems may have jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents, regardless of any governing law clause in these Terms.
